The Court of Appeal has today denied DECC (Department of Energy and Climate Change) the right to appeal against the December 'unlawful' ruling.

This will mean that new installations completed before 3rd March 2012 will be able to claim 43.3p per kWh generated rather than the 21.0p proposed by the government.  The Feed-In Tariff of 21.0p will apply to all installations completed on or after 3rd March 2012.
